Series heatless type
Heatless type The suction dryer uses pressure changes to adsorb the desiccant under working pressure and desorb under atmospheric pressure. The dry air from the dryer outlet is also used to further regenerate the desiccant. The twin towers are running, working in cycles.
Series micro-heating type
The micro-heating type dryer is based on the heatless type. It heats the regeneration gas to improve the regeneration effect and thereby reduce the consumption of regeneration gas.
Series vacuum type
The traditional vacuum dryer intelligently reduces pressure by up to 10 times, and the pressure reduction ratio of the finished product can only reach a certain degree. The vacuum dryer can reduce the pressure to vacuum pressure, the pressure reduction ratio can be more than 100 times, and the pressure dew point can reach degrees to degrees. The energy provided by a set of vacuum pumps installed at the air outlet is equivalent to the energy generated by heating and cooling the adsorbent, but there is no power consumption caused by heating and cooling, so that the supply of dry air will not be interrupted when the vacuum pump needs maintenance.
Series heating type
The heating type dryer is also based on the micro-heating type. A blower is used to extract outside air for regeneration. It can completely achieve zero regeneration gas consumption. When the blower fails, it can automatically switch to the micro-heating type to continue.
Series waste heat type
The waste heat dryer is based on the heat type and uses the high-temperature hot gas discharged from the high-pressure ridge for regeneration. Therefore, the power consumption of electric heater or blower can be saved and ultra-low regeneration gas consumption can be achieved. It also helps recycle ambient heat and reduce noise.

Series combined type
Combined type suction dryer combines the characteristics of freeze dryer and adsorption dryer through reasonable connection. First, the cold dryer performs the above water removal and cooling functions, and then enters the suction dryer for deep adsorption. Among them, the heat generated by the refrigeration compressor is used to make heating regeneration more complete. Through the above two drying procedures and characteristics, the finished gas with low gas consumption and good dew point is achieved.
